We offer a 7-day return window, meaning you have 7 days from the date you receive your order <\/span>to request a return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@dynastyperfumes.org. Returns should be sent to the following address: Dynasty Perfumes, Algeria Street, Al Rawda 2, Ajman, UAE

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition \u2014unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Also note that in case of return through courier, the charges will not be borne by the company.

Damages and Issues<\/strong>
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions \/ Non-Returnable Items<\/strong>
Certain products are not eligible for returns, such as perishable goods (including food, flowers, or plants), custom-made or personalized items, and personal care products. We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us for clarification.

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges<\/strong>
To exchange an item, the quickest method is to complete a return for the original product. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds<\/strong>
We will notify you once your returned item has been received and inspected, and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.<\/p>
